Practical AI consulting & implementation
Make AI work for your business.
I help businesses find where AI can save time, reduce repetitive work and improve how teams operate. Then I turn worthwhile opportunities into working solutions — using existing tools, automation or custom software when it makes sense.

From opportunity to implementation
You do not need another AI demo. You need to know what is worth improving, what it will take and whether it actually works.
AI opportunity assessment
We review a specific workflow, identify where AI might help and prioritize options by expected value, effort, cost and risk. You get a clear recommendation, including when not to build anything.
Deliverable: a prioritized opportunity and a practical next step.
Automation & AI implementation
I design and implement focused solutions: connecting your existing tools, automating repetitive steps, organizing business knowledge or building AI-assisted workflows with human oversight.
Deliverable: a working pilot with agreed acceptance criteria.
Technical AI partner
Ongoing, limited-scope support to evaluate tools, improve existing workflows and make technical decisions as your team adopts AI — without hiring a full-time senior engineer.
Deliverable: a clear scope, priorities and regular reviews.
A focused first engagement · B2B businesses
Could quoting and proposals take less time?
If your team repeatedly gathers requirements, checks catalogues and prices, and prepares proposals, we can assess one workflow before investing in automation or AI.
For Spanish businesses that prepare proposals or quotes regularly and have someone responsible for the process.
What you receive
- A map of the current workflow and the effort or errors worth measuring.
- Prioritized improvements, comparing existing tools, automation and AI.
- A concrete pilot recommendation with constraints, risks and success metrics.
Fixed-scope process assessment
€950 + VAT
Clear boundaries
One workflow, two remote sessions, up to three stakeholders and up to five anonymized examples. Delivery target: 5–7 working days after receiving the agreed information.
Price for the stated scope, confirmed after a short fit conversation. Licences, pilot development and implementation are not included.
First, a short conversation to see whether your process is a good fit.
A straightforward way of working
Start with the business process, not the model. Small, measurable changes beat expensive experiments that never reach day-to-day operations.
- 01
Understand the problem
We look at one real process, its friction, existing systems and current cost in time or errors.
- 02
Choose the simplest viable solution
We compare existing tools, automation and custom development. I recommend building only when the benefit justifies it.
- 03
Pilot, measure and hand over
We set success criteria upfront, test with real work and decide whether to adopt, improve or stop.
Where could AI help?
Illustrative opportunities to explore. The right solution depends on your workflows and data.
Quotes and proposals
Prepare first drafts using your catalog, pricing rules and prior documents, with approval before sending.
Internal knowledge
Help staff find relevant answers across documents, policies and procedures with traceable sources.
Sales and operations
Reduce manual copying between email, CRM, spreadsheets and business systems.
Support and back office
Classify and route requests, prepare replies and keep people in control of sensitive decisions.
Experience behind the work
Real products and professional experience that show how I approach software, integrations and delivery. These are not presented as AI consulting client case studies.

TraceLog
SaaS · Product engineering
An independent conversion intelligence platform that helps businesses monitor conversion paths and identify when important events stop arriving, leaving conversion data incomplete. As co-founder, I work across product development, architecture, frontend, backend, infrastructure and integrations.
CrowdFarming
Ecommerce · Frontend architecture · Technical leadership
As Frontend Tech Lead, I contributed to the evolution of CrowdFarming's web and mobile applications, including checkout and payment integrations, microfrontend architecture, end-to-end testing and engineering practices. This was a professional role, not a freelance engagement.

Eclizen
Multi-page website · Next.js
A multi-page website for a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, including treatment information, blog content and appointment enquiries. Built with Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS.
Open-source engineering & AI experiments
Projects that reflect my hands-on approach to agents, software quality and reproducible workflows.

Spoorly
TypeScript · Browser SDK
A vendor-neutral browser SDK for capturing interactions, sessions, JavaScript errors and Core Web Vitals. Built with batching, retry mechanisms, local persistence and automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests.

Venture OS
AI agents · Workflows · Evals
An open-source, Claude Code-first framework for researching and challenging business ideas through specialized agents, traceable evidence, auditable decisions and reproducible evaluations.
Business thinking, backed by engineering
I'm Ignacio Cortés, a software engineer based in Spain. For more than seven years I have built and evolved digital products, from complex e-commerce applications to my own SaaS platforms.
My background combines product decisions, software architecture, APIs, integrations and technical leadership. I work hands-on, but I start by questioning whether a new system is actually needed.
I build TraceLog alongside selected consulting and implementation projects. That is why I prefer clearly scoped engagements, direct communication and measurable outcomes over open-ended transformation programmes.
Technologies I work with
